In this mini-course , you will learn what anxiety actually is and what it isn't, how it works and how to recognise how it comes up in you specifically. This is important, as recognising your own patterns of anxiety is the key to beginning to undo it.
You will understand the cycle of anxiety, be able to recognise how it comes up in the body. You will also be given ways to ease the uncomfortable physical symptoms of anxiety.
You will also learn specific tools to manage the overwhelming to-do list so you can create space as well as tools to calm anxious thoughts and feelings about specific events that you are anxious about.
You will learn practical tools that you can use immediately to feel calmer and more in control. They key is to use them!
About your trainer
Dr Fabienne Chevalier is a therapist, a matrescence and life coach, an educator and researcher into language the mind and behaviour and a mother.Specialising in anxiety, depression, trauma and emotional blocks and with a multidisciplinary background in linguistics/language, sociology and psychology, she brings together therapy, coaching and research in her practice Dr Fabienne Therapy Coaching Training.
She works with working and career-driven mothers who feel like they have lost themselves since they became mothers and who feel unfulfilled, undervalued and invisible.
She helps them to break free from survival mode and from the emotional rollercoaster of motherhood and to navigate motherhood and career on their own terms so they can reconnect with themselves and be the fulfilled and happy mother, woman and professional they want to be.
